Biography
Diana Putri Tarigan studied business marketing at RMIT in Melbourne, Australia, before training at the Darwis Triadi School of Photography, graduating in 2005. She undertook further training at the ANTARA Photo Journalism Workshop in Jakarta in 2008. Diana now specializes in travel photography. She has taken movie stills on several film productions, including the current shoot of Eat Pray Love in Bali, and has worked on four film documentaries: Aceh Tsunami, Toraja – Tomate, Kawa Ijen Labours and Tokian Gypsies. For Diana, photography is about ‘not the position, but the direction’. Her work can be viewed at dianaputri.wordpress.com.

Setelah menyelesaikan studinya di RMIT Melbourne, Australia, Diana Putri mengasah hobi fotografi melalui sekolah Darwis Triadi School of Photography. Dia kemudian menajamkan insting fotografi nya di Antara Photo Journalism Worskhop di Jakarta. Selain mengerjakan film dokumenter mengenai beberapa daerah di Indonesia (Aceh Tsunami, Toraja – Tomate, Kawa Ijen Labours dan Tokian), dia juga terlibat dalam beberapa photo shoot beberapa produksi film seperti Eat Pray Love, Rumah Dara, Amphibious 3D, dll.
